depends on many many many things. Our Spec E46 cars are actually faster with abs. I think a daily driver / track car should also have ABS. A little weight here and a little weight there is not going to matter in the big picture when you have to drive the car every day and have some creature...

depends. Leather is cold or hot. Also since you want bucket seats, you either want to have a track scene car or actually drive your car hard. leather doesnt hold you as well.

98-01 leather seats iirc sit the highest.

you can also just get heater hose from autozone, that works but doesnt have the bends like OEM.

LED conversion bulbs dont have the output the HIDs do. I would check out the retrofit source for an HID kit. Those are really good.
