    you can retap and put a new barb fitting or plug the hole, and run the tube from the pcv into a soda can with some holes poked in the top to help it ventilate. the hole in the manifold will create a vacuum leak.

    oh youre OBD0. You have to do something with the harness to convert it to OBD1. Usually its just pinning in vtec, a jumper harness for your ecu and changing sensors from your old motor.

    stock wheels dont require a roll. I would personally get coilovers over a spring and stock shock combo. I personally recomend koni shocks with ground control sleeved coilovers.

    full tune up: fuel filter, distributor cap and rotor, valve adjustment, spark plugs, spark plug wires, new o2 sensor. Hopefully that gets it to pass, if not and youre still close, sit there idling at about 3k, after driving in D3. That will help keep the cat hot and able to burn stuff off.

    205 is the prefered size for the 15" wheel. I used to run a 215 on my 16s. My favorite of all time was a 225 on a 15.

    i use zip ties on the hose to the expansion tank for my race car. I also use a 1.3 bar cap. The cap you have now is 1.1 bar and i think thats 15psi.
