Belt or belt tension each should have about 1/4-1/2 inch deflection. Over tightening a belt and put stress on the bearing in the component and cause bearing failure

Pressure is off the threads spray it down grab a pair of pliers and try and spin it out. If that dosnt work try and cut a mark to use a screw driver on it
May run rich with the 1000 they may be a bit of a b**** to tune. What software are you running
Ild talk to who is tuning the set up. It may be able to handle them but the tuner may not be comfortable with them
My initial impressions it dosnt look like a bad header merge collector looks decent. Welds seem quality welts. Some normal discoloration. If it turns out a good healer I'm going to have it ceramic coated.

If i were you were you i would make sure the pcv system in functioning properly. But like i said your prolly looking at worn valve guides as the cause
Anybody have any experience with the B series headers they have. Just got a header on trade for some work. Info is scarce at best for the B series I dont even see any body selling a B series like JHP and what not.
