Well I was planning to install my fuel set up today but ran into a few snags.
I proceeded to remove the rear seat, and unscrew the three screws to remove the plate. Little did I know- you can't get to the fuel pump this way. In a second gen the fuel tank must be dropped to access the fuel pump, all that you can access from the vehicle in a second gen is the sending unit.
So I got the car up in the air so I could drop the tank.
I found out that Integra's have a handy little drain plug for the fuel tank. It worked out quite well because I need to put 92 octane in my fuel tank. (Been running 87 octane on my LS motor.) So after I drained 5 gallons of fuel out, made a mess of the shop and covered my arm and shirt in gas.. I finally got the tank down. I used a wire brush and a shop vac to try to clean up the tank a little bit.
I pulled the fuel pump and had planned on installing the walbro, but I am apparently missing the electrical connector. I'm going to look around for it and try to find it.. but i'm fairly certain I don't. I don't think i've ever seen it.. even if I had it from the beginning, the pump has been floating around in my room for the past year. Not sure where it would be now. $8 to buy a new plug off eBay. 2-3 day shipping. Going to try to find something local..
Bah..
/Disapointed
Edit:
I almost forgot.. I had left the work lights under my car on when I went inside to eat.. and it had melted the undercoating of my car lol. I saw that the bottom of the car looked wet and I touched it with my finger to realize I had been melting the undercoating with the lights. Soooooo I tried to keep the lights a bit further away from the car after that lol.
