This car needs a bear hug :D I miss having a new windshield their so pretty and it's like your looking at what's in front of u instead of what's that on my windshield?

Are you offering? Haha.

Yesssssssssssss, new windshield's are AWESOME!
It felt really weird after getting it because I had been driving with the effed up one for like a month haha.

I fixed my cruise control today.

Scotch tape and a penny. It works great! I think I will eventually upgrade to super glue and a penny, but it gets the job done. The only thing I thought was odd was that instead of my "Cruise Control" light coming on in the gauge cluster... my ABS light comes on. It has nothing to do with the ABS either, it shuts off with the cruise control.. it's just like the wire is backwards for it or something lol.

Comfort just went way up with this car. I hated driving long distances with it not having the cruise control. Screw weight reduction lol.

Edit:
I may have had some clutch slippage today. It kind of worries me. I'll have to investigate into that further. If it turns out the clutch was slipping, i'll get a new clutch before the turbo. Stage 3 clutch slipping with a stock motor, that can't be good lol. It seemed odd, it was kind of a bog down- then a slip.. it was.. new to me, to say the least. I'll figure it out and keep you posted.

I bought a new turbo manifold today. Tubular bissshess!
Turbo is going on as soon as some parts come in the mail.
Been like seven months or so in the making hahah, this car has been through a lot.
(Now watch the turbo blow up my motor.)

Oil sandwich plate arrived today. I got all my oil fittings ready.

I pulled my spare oil pan out of my part's pile and I need to go buy a fitting to weld on to it. It also has a stripped drain plug. I feel like it would just be better to use the pan on the vehicle, I just don't want to lose my only GOOD PAN!

I also picked up a Del Sol half radiator. Dual core with built in oil cooler. I'll fab that up sometime.. eventually and post pictures of it all.

Oil pressure is still pretty strong. The engine isn't using oil like it was when it first got rebuilt. Little over 4k on the motor since the bottom end was rebuilt. I'd say it's ready for the turbo.

Interior shot.. just because!

Flange for my downpipe is in the mail. When it arrives i'll get my ECU chipped and get the basemap so I can go get my exhaust built, check for leaks and drive it in for a full dyno tune.

Edit:
Oh and I think with the two available slots on my oil sandwich plate I will put the stock oil sensor back on the car. (Just because.) and run the other one to the oil cooler built into my radiator. (Again just because..)

I'm missing two silicone couplings for the intercooler piping. I think I will have to end up buying them locally because i'm too effing tired waiting for parts to ship.

AND!

If you guys haven't noticed i've been posting pictures on all my updates. I bought an iPhone so now I have some way of taking/uploading pictures. You can expect all my future updates to have pictures.. small pictures, but still.

Edit Edit:
And if you're on my Facebook you probably already know all of this. (And have probably already seen the pictures.)
(And no, that is not an invitation to add me to Facebook. Unless you are cool, in which case.. your probably already on my Facebook. :thumbs up)

The downpipe flange arrived today.

I decided to work on the Integra, It started off as "Oh well i'll just install the half-radiator so it's done."

And it went to..
"Oh well I can't install this not knowing where the turbo sits, I might have clearance issues.."

I am currently installing the turbo. The turbo/manifold are on the car. The half radiator is mocked in place, and the intercooler is sitting in it's new home. Made a new mount for the intercooler and it bolts perfectly to the car.

Turns out the piping kit I got was not.. for an Integra.. so I started modifying it. Cut up some pipes. I need to buy a 45 degree coupling and tomorrow the other intercooler pipe is getting welded.

I started notching things out with the torch to make more room for everything. I'm going to cut the factory radiator mounts off and relocate them so I can use them both on my half radiator. I'm going to try to find a slim fan so I can mount the fan on the opposite side of the radiator.

So far the turbo is on, the intercooler piping is ran up to the engine bay. I made a mount for the intercooler and have that bolted to the car. I'm going to be cutting A LOT of my bumper away to make it fit lol. Tomorrow I will pick up the fittings for the oil pan and get it welded too. After the intercooler piping is all done, the rest of it should go quick. I should have the whole turbo setup on the car tomorrow and ready to roll to the exhaust shop on Monday.

Edit:
Found a slim fan. When I get some cash i'll order it. :thumbs up

Stuck with work til late. Very little progress.

Welded up a section of IC piping. I just need the coupling to attach the pipes to the throttle body and it's good to go.

Tomorrow after work I will install the Walbro255 and RC 440 Injectors. Should go quick. I'll pull the oil pan and get it ready to weld in the fitting for the oil return line.

After that I will tighten down all the bolts for the turbo and *maybe* take it to the exhaust shop to get it done. Hopefully going to the tuning shop on Tuesday to get the basemap. I would really like to HEAR the car before it leaves the exhaust shop.

Edit;
Oh yeah and I test fitted my spare bumper to find out that like 65% of it is hitting things. I will take the cut-off wheel to it when it's ready to go on. After I saw it up I will sand everything smooth and try to make it look as nice and custom as possible. :thumbs up

Have you tried closing your hood with that radiator installed? Might wanna do that, then you'll know where you need to relocate the radiator mounting tabs to.

Mekanzie- Thanks! More updates to come.

Nathan- It's been hard enough to get pictures and now you guys want VIDEO'S? Bah! I guess for you I can. Haha.

Josh- Yes, the radiator's current placement works with the hood. It's actually a bit lower then it would be normally. I notched the core support out so it could sit a little lower. I also wanted to throw a slim fan on the other side and reverse the wiring so that it gives my downpipe more room. I'd hate to see my fan melt because it's too close lol.

As for the updates:
Of course that little thing called a job is getting in the way again. It's 2pm now and I haven't even got to touch the car. I need to finish getting the machine ready to move to the next job site- after that i'm working on the Integra. The fuel upgrades should only take me ten minutes or so, it seems pretty straight forward.

Hell yeah, just get an ebay fan. I ran one on my turbo crx and never had an issue. They sell them from 1300cfm all the way to 2000cfm
