I did chest and triceps yesterday. Next time i think im gonna see what my max is on the bench press. I was doing 3 sets of 10 with 160lbs. Then i did some barbell presses with the 55 lb dumbells (3 sets of 10)
Damn Shane. I feel weaksauce now... :cry:
