I lifted last night. I'm going to lift again tonight. Then I'm going to go cycling on Saturday morning. :woot:

ahhh yes and no... you really have to be careful that you give muscle groups 48 hours to recover. if your going to work out every day work out indiviual muscle groups. if you dont give your muscles enought time to recover youll actually just keep tearing them down untill finally you have an injury

just got done with another work out :D soon enough ill be back down to 200 :D and jacked

today i did 4 sets of this

25lb curls till i couldnt do anymore
max out pushups
max out crunches
max out flutter kicks
max out squats

with no time in between exercises and 30 sec. - 1 min of break between sets

also did some tricep exercises and leg lifts on a machine to focus on the muscles around my bad knee
