lol yeah i got about 3 whp i need to gain :lol:i go to the gym, but not to get down to racing size.![]()
careful.... dont over do it or youll get hurt. trust me...I lifted last night. I'm going to lift again tonight. Then I'm going to go cycling on Saturday morning. :woot:
ahhh yes and no... you really have to be careful that you give muscle groups 48 hours to recover. if your going to work out every day work out indiviual muscle groups. if you dont give your muscles enought time to recover youll actually just keep tearing them down untill finally you have an injuryI'm sore as fuck right now. No pain, no gain. :thumbs up
