well... worked out today for the first time in like a month and a half... man its REDICULOUS how much your physical conditioning can deteriorate in a such a short time. oh well i took the first and hardest step to getting back in shape, i worked out the first time. now i just gotta get back into a routine and i should meet my weight loss goal of 30 lbs in no time 8) if nothing else drop a few pants sizes...
