dont want to be sore? take MHP's "Dark Matter" post workout. it replenishes glycogen levels. 30 min. later take a protein shake. do this for 6-8 weeks and u will gain 10-20 lbs in lean mass, it works awesome

so i was at gnc over the weekend and took notice that they started to sell the products i mentioned earlier (Usp Jacked, Usp Prime, Xtend Bcaa) except they are on average 25% more then bodybuilding.com? im not sure how GNC is still in business with these prices, even sale $'s suck. if u do shop at gnc tho, 1 thing they dont tell you is that your gold card is good any day for online purchases (only first week of every month for in-store purchases)

I sappose I shoudl request getting in, I lift 4 days a week, run 2 days a week, I also recently began Indoor Rock Climbing :) Whats everyone bench for their weight?

I also just recieved P90X in the mail, debating to start it...

sure yall are in. how everyone keeping up with their workouts? i have to admit i have slacked lately other than my physical therapy. guess this afternoon is a good time to start working out again.

mann since track season ended, i haven't done shittt. i was supposed to go lift with my coach this week but i can't get myself to get up in the morning. i've been slacking for the longest

^i know exactly how you feel. during skool was was working out 3-5 times a week... i have been running once since school got out :roll:
