thanks for the info. i need the 20lbs.dont want to be sore? take MHP's "Dark Matter" post workout. it replenishes glycogen levels. 30 min. later take a protein shake. do this for 6-8 weeks and u will gain 10-20 lbs in lean mass, it works awesome
of course your in man 8)they finally opened our clubhouse so ill be working out again can i join.
