Lol, well the crankshaft is in- totally forgot to plastigauge it. I think i'll pick some up tomorrow just to be safe..

I bought the turbo manifold tonight. Log style. It'll do for now.

Soooo....! Only a downpipe to buy then I think my turbo kit is complete. :0

Here's the latest update.

Apparently i'm missing my blow off valve. I found one on Craigslist and have to drive an hour tomorrow night to go get it. I bought a log manifold as well. Put it on the engine, fits and everything. :D I'm curious about painting the log manifold. I painted my stock exhaust manifold with high-temp engine paint. Can I do the same with this log manifold to make it pretty? :)

I also spent like three hours cleaning my house and moving furniture around looking for my missing waste gate spring. Want to know where I found it? In the mother fucking box that the waste gate came in. -_-

And i wouldnt paint a manifold, you should get it polished (can you polish cast iron? 0.o)
Idk, but you should be able to keep ace with the log, idk what your gonna have to do to make it fit, but well see :)

My only concern was running the IC piping... and I think a stock Del Sol/Civic radiator would fix that issue. ($80 new)

I need to get some money though. I think my grinding into third isn't my synchros. I was reading my manual. (I do it when i'm bored.) And it said to rev up and do something with the clutch and try to shift.. if it grinds then the pressure plate/clutch is going out. Which would make complete sense, because there was 274k on them. (Bad synchros makes sense to because of that.)

I don't know how to check though.. lol. I'll have to look at the clutch, but how do you tell if a pressure plate is bad?

There's a leaf on that front wheel.

But the body lines look way better then when I got it lol.

I need to tweak the head light a little more, and fix the door. (Its kind of crooked, you can't really tell unless your up close though.)

Maybe some day it will be worthy of a meet lol.

Actually the current version of that motor isn't so clean. >_<
It's a pain in the ass to get clean lol.


I actually did not intend to take a picture of the car, but I was taking pictures of that ATV next to it for a Craigslist ad. :p
I think it looks a lot better nowadays.

Just wait until the motor and turbo go on. It'll be a hell of a sleeper lol.
