Yeah its better to build the motor to handle the added strain than just slap a turbo on a stock car, you wouldn't have an issue running that or even more if you build it right
So you're asking for help on putting a b16 head, which is vtec, on a b18 non vtec... But say you don't want vtec.... You are talking circles.
ARP head studs, rod bolts etc are all things you should look at
