he probably doesnt know how to pull the code so.. on the passenger side under the dash there is a wire connector with 2 wires in it . jump those 2 wires and turn the key to the on position. then take a look at the CEL(check engine light) in the gauge cluster and it will blink out the code...

does it do this on all blower speed settings? if so then yea. have fun checking wires. electrical problems FTL

theres a bleeder valve where the top radiator hose connects to the engine. you just open it and let the air out. close it and open it again after a cycle. just repeat till the coolant is a steady stream. i always make a mess but its no big deal. it just burns off

did you bleed for air bubbles?

ICU = Integrated control unit. Its behind the fuse box. 2 capasitors inside seem to burn up after so many years. if the board isnt damaged then you can replace the caps. if not get a known working used one or new.

if the connection is fine dont assume its the wires just yet. your ICU could have gone bad. do the wipers work on INT? door chime work when lights left on and car off?

im thinking if the engine will run hotter? or would it only make a difference if the heater is running? if you dont need heat go for it!!

only thing i know that makes the idle bounce like that is a dirty or faulty IACV, located on the back of the intake manifold

youll need a pressure gauge. you can get em at a parts store. hell, maybe your fuel fiter is bad. when was the last time it was changed?

check your fuel pressure

try replacing the valve cover gasket along with the 4 round gaskets that are for the spark plugs
