Muckman is correct.. it's possible there is a problem in your ignition causing neither to get a signal... but a bad starter will not stop the fuel pump from priming.

My car was had a straight pipe (catalytic converter was removed) to a stock muffler when I bought it. Loud as fuck and raspy as hell. Riceburner at it's finest. I hear the Tanabe exhaust is good.

I said specs.. as in what actually makes up the motor.. Did you build it yourself or did someone build it for you? I'm building a V8 soon- but i'm aiming for 400hp before boost.. 700n/a is a bit much, i'm assuming race gas?

I'll have to agree with Muckman here. This car is going to be a whole new can of worms for you. However- as far as the non-vtec head. They don't make power as easily. They do not flow as well. The rocker assemblies cannot handle as much power. You're better off running a vtec head if you...

Will it shift gears fine with the motor turned off? It sounds like a clutch issue. Do you have it adjusted properly?

Wow, those are GREAT answers.. -_- As Ominous mentioned- is your oil level topped off? If your oil is good you can try cleaning the screen on your vtec solenoid. Did it throw a code?

As OG stated, slower speeds = longer drive time which adds to more vehicles on the road adding to congestion/traffic. Traffic = More fuel being burned slowing down and accelerating. Sounds counter productive to me. ;) ....not to mention you can bet your ass I will be speeding and getting angry...

Just take your rotors to a brake shop, machine shop, ect.. any have them resurface them. Edit: I would change that CV though, it's obviously bad and can cause vibration. Look which one has a torn boot. (It may or may not, but torn is usually a good sign that it's bad or about to go bad.)
