I know people using their stage 2 and 4 clutches with no issues. I have read a lot of issues about the stage 5 clutches. As far as buying an extended warranty, my only piece of advice is wait to buy your clutch til your ready to put it in the car and drive it. Don't buy it 4 months early like I did lol

This. Haha but if he buys from me my supplier can usually ream out comp clutch. I might go with the stage 2 for my build because it's so cheap compared to the exedy

I was going to go with Stage 5 on the 600hp build, I will probably do the motor in February. Clutch and transmission will be done at the same time. I want to do sections of it at one time so I don't have weeks and weeks of waiting for parts.

I need to find myself some sponsors on the next car, lol. :thumbs up

Speaking of sponsors....my clothing sponsor came through!! Today I got hooked up with some t-shirts and wrist bands (plus stickers galore haha). I will have more coming as they get their whole line together. For now these work just fine

They actually have a JDM ITR shirt on the way that is absolutely awesome, I believe they have pics of it on their FB

Thanks lol. I am now sitting here debating if I want to sell my ITR cams and go Skunk2 Pro1 or keep the ITRs and put the money towards other things.

Will do sir, I think I am gonna stick with the ITR cams since I already have them and they have been proven to make 700+whp. Now next winter I might swap them out if i don't meet my goals for 2012. I am just waiting til after Christmas before really buying anything (gotta make sure the little guy gets taken care of before my car does) and then its time to stock pile parts.

Ha I know man, he's already 18 months old. I look at him and wonder "where the hell did time go and how did you get this old already" lol

That's kind of how I feel about my nephews lol. My youngest nephew just turned two in August, and my oldest nephew just turned 18 in December, haha. Where the hell did the time go.

Any particular reason you were thinking of switching out the cams?

Honestly because I always look for ways to make more power lol. The Pro 1's have been shown to pick up 50whp at the same or less boost levels as the ITR's, and they help spool the turbo a little quicker. I am a fan of ITR cams and they work on 90% of the builds you will find out there, in helping to reach the power goals. I talked it over with my wife and a few buddies and we have all agreed, I might as well keep what I have for now and spend the money on other things (pro 1's are $600)

Pro 1 is what I'm running on my na build. I know my tuners 950whp integra is running pro 1 and he loves them. His dyno curve is so smooth it's ridiculous! Pro 1 I can help you save a few bucks on too! If you have the money, definitely would get them.

Maybe as a longer term power goal you can grab them.

Yeah I have a guy wanting to buy my ITR's, pm me how much you can sell them to me for. The shitty part is I bought a set last year off a guy locally for $250 still in the box. My buddy bought a victor x off the same kid, I ended up selling the pro1's for 575, it was nice making over twice what I paid for them, but now I wish I had them lol.
