What's wrong with ROTA's???

Ok well I've owned a couple of sets of rotas before and yeah I bought them cause they look good
and they were a steal, but you got people putting up pics of cracked Rotas before like they never
seen a set of rims crack lol'z I've seen alot of rims not only rotas that crack during agressive track
like driving. I've seen BBS rims get worked VOLKS get torn to shit GRAM LIGHTS crack and ENKEI
RPF get thier ass handed to them.
Basically what I'm say is this. You can destroy any set of rims hitting a turn at 60+ and not quite
making it lol'z hahaha, noone's gonna put up a pic of a set of destroyed VOLKS cause they don't
wanna be they one that everyone says "Wow that fuckin Moron destroyed a set of VOLKS!"
I know if I destroyed my set of VOLKS i wouldn't put it up.
People get Rotas for daily cause it's cheap and you can afford to kinda bang it up. That's what I
do, i leave the MF10's and the VOLKS for cruise and meet days. BOTTOM LINE..
Quit hating on Rotas cause I know the same people that hate on Rotas would buy a cherry set
for $300...

The thing I dislike most about the brand is they steal original designs and put them out for cheap. Yea, awesome, it allows people to get certain wheel styles that as accessible/affordable, but its still theft in my opinion. And the fact that they make sticker kits that people will buy and put on these to make them something they're not. I saw an all black set of Grids that had Volk Time Attack red stickers on them...I laughed...hard.

^ that is funny that someone would put some stickers on there wheels lol...but u hit it on the nail nighthawk... they are a very good wheel for the money, but it takes some of the "uniqueness" out for someone owning expensive wheels that are the same design that rota stole

Rotas are a fair product for its price. I've had rotas myself.
rotas are good daily wheels but you should get real wheels for the track because by buying the real stuff it helps fund further R&D. Which leads to better products the next year. which leads to faster cars. If everyone supports copycat companies then the R&D companies would die and no one would want to continue to "push the envelop".

A lot of Kids buy Rotas because they don’t know any better. Alot of Non-forum peeps think that Rotas are authentic JDM wheels and don’t realize they are a mere cheap imitation.
