Supercharged or Turbo?

350hp as a daily is kinda excessive imo, but to each his own, would love to have an integra with more hp then a mustang lol
thats actualy very conservative with my build lol. I have a fully built block and around here people run 400-500hp dailys

Thanks for the help man now its just finding all the parts for a nice turbo set up. I was gonna go sc but I want to run more than 8-10psi. And if im gonna get better gas mileage with a turbo, its settled. Any good websites for turbo goodies?
Its really cheapest to piece together a legit kit from eBay and craigslist.

http://www.fast-turbo.com/ is my favorite site for the misc parts you will need.

i understand that, but just to me for a daily, i think 250 is enough, but like i said, i wouldnt mind having a 350hp+ integra lol that could be A LOT of fun where i live

Procharger makes a bad ass kit for the b series and integra's more specificly. The charger is good for up too 24 psi, but the pulley that comes with it is like a 3.5" soooo thats like 8-9 psi. It comes with a intercooler, fuel pump, i think you just need to decide what injectors you want and is $3900.

Intercoolers arent the best though as far as your options on a sucercharger setup for staying cool. A aftercooler which almost looks like a intake airbox allows for the most boost. Its also way more expensive that a FM setup tho. You lose a decent amount of boost with a FM setup on a SC sadly. Thats why you spend $100 dollars on a new pulley tho lol. If you had a 3" on that kit you would prolly have around 12-14 psi, and the blower would be running at like 18-19 psi. Give or take. Its just an example.

Nothing is cheap when boosting. If you dont get the proper kit from a company that builds quality products then something will break its is a given. So plan on spending money, and lots of it lol. If you dont you will be very disappointed in the fact that you are spending all this money, so u either "wanna do it its cool" or really wanna do it...

Just a average

Stock - GSR motor supercharged - 250-275ish

Built for boost Low Compression - GSR motor Supercharged - Anything..

Thats a dumb question man, just read threw the forums and you will see that every setup is different and i think there is about 400 threads on stock motors and boosting. Thats what everyone else has done, or you would know your own answer already... And the less specific your question is btw the harder it is to answer.

does anybody think this would be a good turbo for my 1993 RS B18A1? its going to be pretty much stock motor, well, ill have an intake, aftermarket intake manifold, header, 3" exhaust, a clutch and flywheel to handle the boost.. but ive been told ill need a new fuel pump to handle the boost application, where could i get a good fuel pump for that? and does anybody know where i could get the rest of the parts needed for this kit? it says it is not a "compelete kit" thanks!

Turbo i would like to have

oh, and i would need a good ECU with boost mapping as well?

Just get one of these, zip tie to your muffler outlet pipe, it will suck exhaust out of the engine, causing a similar ram air FX. Make sure you use a test pipe or else it will suck the platinum out of the cat

for a dd id say go with the turbo...u can keep it under boost for good fuel economy plus if u live in an area where it snows the car will still be driveable...a s/c makes booost immediately making getting out of the snow impossible
