this may sound stupid but is your car a ls/vtec motor?? im new to integras..

I did yes. The RX7 is built PERFECTLY stock for Auto X it has the anti-toe bushings in stock.. but since last year I lowered it on Tanabe springs and AGX struts

OK well I have a leaky bleeder on my water flange (connects to the head and the upper rad hose goes to it).

It has been leaking since I bought the car just a very small trickle at a time so I didn't worry about it..

Today the flange came in and I decided to paint it before I tossed it on tomorrow.

I'm liking the thread and the progress. I hope you don't neglect the teggy by putting all your time/money into the FC. I'd understand because I've had two RX's myself and love them, but the Integra is a great car. Just don't forget about it.

The FC will get all my time and money come early next year.. until then its Teggy time..

Once the FC is done.. then I will start on the integra.

Ok so I drained some coolant and put the new water neck on.. also replaced one of the hoses on the neck that went to the throttle body

Here are the pics.

For coolant I topped off with Glacelf ELF/Total blue antifreeze

Today I just wanted to update I got an average of about 28ish MPG so see its getting better

my gas mileage has greatly improved today. my primary o2 sensor somehow came unplugged so i was getting like 22mpg now im getting about 30 city.
