Spooled up Racing's 94' Integra build.

I already have... I do 80 on the highway 25 miles each way to work every day.. always heavy on the pedal.. (well 70% of the time) and one the weekends cruising I like to do about 90+ from time to time lol..

I get about 255-265 miles per 10 gallons so.

you are doing something wrong then...maybe altitude difference but im getting 300 on 10 gallons combined. 400 freeway doing 80+

humm Not sure.. because even the STOCK mpg est was only 25/31mpg

I have new plugs, wires, fuel filter, cap and rotor, oxygen sensor.

Aftermarket SRI
aftermarket custom exhaust (cat back)

so yeah I don't know.

i have the exact same set up. whats your tire/wheel size? and its all in your foot when you drive. heavy foot no good. light foot gets you pro mpg

I have a heavy foot. thats what I have been saying.. not a light foot kinda person.. my tires are setup to match the speedo.. like 205/45/16 I think.

Don't forget I alos have 175,xxx miles too.

heavy foot meaning take it to redline everytime you get on the freeway or...? i take mine up to 5 but only at 50% gas. how much do you think 205/40/16 throws off the speedo?

not to redline no lol.. I do mess around and go to redline from time to time but not everytime im in the car. but atleast 50% or more pedal when accelrating.

the speedo is about .1 off (on the high side)

are you using 195/55/15 or 205/50/15 for stock integra wheels?

you sure? cause LS mesh is 15" wheel. RS came with the dookies which were 14"
