well got it back together put the door on wednesday night, wetsanded and buffed it out thursday afternoon.
had a few extra flush mount bolt/ washer's laying around, thought to try them out see if I liked them.... not sure still. may just get some new oem bolts.
The wire tuck sleeving was nasty and old, tuck was done 3 years or 4 years ago. so I pulled out the unnessary wires and left 9 total running. 3 ground, 3 for corner 3 for headlights. I dont run fogs, I dont like the button. so I may just wire it to the headlights. Still going to run them fully tucked, depending on heat tomorrow may start on it. not hard with a k in the bay the plugs you dont need any more that are right there.
Was going to work on it today, but go stuck running around grabbing the last of my military seperation paperwork completed. 11 years go by fast, lol. Got home holy s***, 102 degrees... and va is not a normal 102 degrees it is like a boiling pot of piss hot.

that is a street ported- gasket match, run up about 2" into the runners- rbc manifold. My best friend does all my porting, imports and domestic engines.
