new with Integras need help plz

so i just bought my first integra, before that i had a jeep cherokee, and joined a forum and it helped alot, so hopefully this will help for this car, only other non 4x4 rig ive owned is a 95 eclipse gsx, so i have a 90 integra, he said has a motor swap, its the b18a1, has high compression pistons and new cams and gears, i was wondering if the b18 came stock? or D18, mine is the LS so idk, any help guys?

b18a1 is indeed the motor that your supposed to have in youe 90 integra

Start with the basics: intake, header, exhaust.

That and read a lot on here. Go through build threads...Google is always a great tool.

ya i got cold air intake DC exhaust and header, also got forged pistons, skunk 2 cams and gears, stage 2 tranny with stage 2 clutch, but idk what else to do, ill try and post some up.

What is a stage 2 trans?

Btw, you dont have Skunk 2 cams. Skunk 2 does not make cams for non-vtec cams.

And I'd change those wheels and that exhaust out soon.

Ya you have a short ram intake exhaust maybe cam gears but thats about it... who ever told you that it had all that lied to you

thats just the info given to me by previous owner, i knew most was bs because there is no such thing as stage 2 trans, i went under it about an hour ago, has the b18 with a civic 5sp trans b16 i believe, the only mod on this i know to be true is dc exhaust cuz box is in car, and the gears, box also in car, and the forged pistons came with paper work, im thinking about overhauling motor and puttin an h22 outa a prelude, what do u guys think? and why should exhaust be removed? and wheels i know there butt ugly, im looking for bbs

To check for the cam gears just pop off the valve cover.
That exhaust just doesn't look good. Strait through set ups don't look nearly as good as the ones that wrap across like the OEM.

ok im gana replace valve cover anyway, the one on it has horrable color and pain is no good on it, imma put red gloss one on, any suggestions on cams and gears i should get? also, what are thoughts on over haulin to a H22 prelude motor?
