After market cam gears are a waste for you at this point. They would only be for show. Adjusting the cam gears should be done as part of a tune, in conjunction with adjusting the fuel and timing maps accordingly. Not just done for the hell of it.ok im gana replace valve cover anyway, the one on it has horrable color and pain is no good on it, imma put red gloss one on, any suggestions on cams and gears i should get? also, what are thoughts on over haulin to a H22 prelude motor?

No, The H22 weighs like 16-20 pounds more then a B-series... There was a thread somewhere on hondatech where they weighed the engines. You can relocate the battery and fix the weight difference for the front.H22 would be a waste. It would be too damn heavy after everything and you would loose all handling. Stick within the B series and tear ass from there.
B18A and B18A1 are the same, B16s are common swaps... You have the stock motor in your car right now.
