Those three comments tell me you don't know anything about what you are talking about, and you are a glorified parts installer! If you want help first get your shit straight and show a little respect. There are three people in this thread that fully understand and have built some stout B-series motors, but you've already pissed off them all.
Honda cranks are Nitrided and well balanced pieces. If you machine them to put oversize bearings in along with a line bore, you need to at least have the crank re-nitrided. Basically you turned your build into a boat anchor at step numero uno. A header (singular since we don't have two) will be a key factor along with many other parts to achieve 200hp. I could go on and on, but I'll stop here.
