Parts:
B16 11.56:1 pistons
ACL main bearings (linebored with .010 oversized bearings)
GSR b18 head with new valves and supertech keepers
B18B1 block and crank bored to 81.5mm
Phearable ECU
Skunk2 pro series intake manifold and thermal gasket
Stage 2 clutch with 9lb flywheel and rebuilt A1 transmission (might go b16 if i can get a lower priced one)
ARP head studs and rod bolts
MSD external blaster SS coil kit
Walboro 295cc fuel pump
Blox lsvtec sandwich plate kit
H22A1 330CC injectors

I think thats about it let me know what you guys think im trying to break the 200HP marker im thinking i can.

Why loose the msd if you dont mind me asking? And really are they bolt on or do they need something done with resistor box or something and what are the CC

Muckman will tell you whenever he chimes in that the MSDs are nothing but trouble. You should get you an OEM dizzy and wires and you are good! The RDX injectors are 410s I believe and it will require injector hats to fit the fuel rail if im not mistaken but the hats are like 40 bucks. No resistor box or nothing like that needed.

**edit**

Ive also done research on MSD and have seen nothing but bad reviews. You shouldnt out power the OEM ignition system so I would suggest going with that. Or you could look into Hondata COP (Coil On Plug) retrofit but thats a totally different beast.

Wow never would have thought of that for a while i was going to grab first gen eclipse ones but i mean as long as i dont need fuel rail or pressure reg....etc... anything else except hats then man that sounds good

yea do some reading up on them. Im no expert but you should definitely know your parts before you buy

Yes lose the MSD. Believe me at 200hp you are NOT approaching the limit of the stock coil. The MSD coil may actually produce stronger mJ spark energy but its not required for a 200hp, naturally aspirated setup. There are 400hp boosted Hondas pushing much higher cylinder pressures running the stock coil. The downside to MSD is the the lower quality of the parts will cause all sorts of problems that you don't have with OEM coils (RF interference issues, part failures leaving you stranded etc).

No one mentioned cams yet. What cams are you running?

Have your machine shop check out valve wobble or "run out". Its always recommended to replace your old worn valve guides from the factory and then get a 3 angle valve job. This will ensure 100% valve seal and no oil will leak past the valve seals up top.

ACL main bearings (linebored with .010 oversized bearings)
This may be a problem. Line honing is fine. Line boring can be very problematic. The fact that you are mentioning this makes me thing you had it done because you spun a main bearing. If that is true I hope you are not using a ground crank and have a new crank. Its problematic for two reasons - 1 ACL is the only company that makes over sized bearings (bigger OD, not ID) so if you do not end up with an acceptable oil clearance you are screwed. 2 the line boring tool eats into the softer aluminum block more so than the harder steel main caps. This moves the crank centerline up and if changed too much it will cause your oil pump gear to shatter. This requires your oil pump to be shimmed an equal amount. It can also affect your piston to deck height if you had minimal clearance to before. Your machine shop needs to be extremely careful when line boring.

To mukman no i did not spin a bearing i am oversizing because i am getting new bearings and id like to have an even bearing code right now its cdcc but stock gsr cams on the system and ya i know about the stock coil just didnt know about the problems with msd also i am getting a full valve job and full machine work all around
