The engines are strong, you can do plenty to it while keeping the internals stock.
If I were you I'd get some new headers next since you have the cold air and exhaust already done. Then you can jump to the manifold and fuel.
Yeah I agree with 8-bit, just depends on what your feeling.Correct the b18b1 engine does not have vtec.
Depends on what you want to do.
Some people boost b18b1 others do ls/vtec.
just decide on what route you are goin to take.
