First off, welcome to clubintegra and congratz on the Teg.
The engines are strong, you can do plenty to it while keeping the internals stock.
If I were you I'd get some new headers next since you have the cold air and exhaust already done. Then you can jump to the manifold and fuel.
My bad. I have the B18 non v-tec. is B18C1 the same? or is that the one that the gsr has? If so can I pretty much do the same to it?

its a b18b1 non v-tec then. Can I still pretty much install performance parts without doing anything to the engine?

Correct the b18b1 engine does not have vtec.
Depends on what you want to do.
Some people boost b18b1 others do ls/vtec.
just decide on what route you are goin to take.

Yeah I agree with 8-bit, just depends on what your feeling.
I personally am probably doing a LS/VTEC on my b18 but yeah just because it's non vtec doesn't mean you still cant do performance mods. Just make sure when you order stuff that it's for B18B and not b18c1/c5 cause not everything is interchangeable .

before I got this integra I was looking at another one that had the B18B1 with the heads ported. That thing could run but I did not get it cuz the body needed alot of work and had over 250 k miles on it. This one only had 99 K when i got it. I was thinking of going that way since I liked the performance. If I do go that route what would you recommend I replace. Or If I go LS/VTEC were should I start. Im thinking if i do all this I should just replace the engine and get me the B18C1,B18C3,B18C5.....depends wich one i can afford at that time. What would you recommend?

another question. What would be best. boring,ported,or milling the heads? can all these be done to an engine or just one?
