if your trying to get a good header, get a jonny tran or something like that. a b16 with a 100 shot will be maybe 275whp. 400whp is more then you realize. i dont think you realize that.

As for the header, I'm surprised no one has mentioned it yet, probably because of cost, but I'd go with a Bisimoto. Only issue is that you can't run A/c as the tubes wont clear the compressor.
400 is a pipe dream, 300 is still a quick car though. I've had a few DSMs in the 300 range, they were really fun to drive.
I recommend the Cometic 3 layer head gasket that is specifically for LS/V. I have one on my DB1, it made install quite simple too.
Side note: What's a "custome" exhaust?

i cant find a bolt in exhaust for my sedan so im going to have one made i just need the header first so that i can make it the right lenght

i dont remember where i got 400 from originally but 300 would be hella fun i just want to have some fun ya know. b16s have more balls than a d series but not enough for me i want more tourque and this should get me what i want for now lol

i will update as offen as i can but ive been on medical leave from work since feb and dont have money comin in yet but im hopin to get my short term disability check soon then i will start buying parts lol

oh and i gotta go obd1 for tuning purposes lol im going to use neptune and a p28 ecu
 
Once you have the traction bar replacing the front cross member you should be able to use just about any B18 vtec header you want. Traction bars provide so much space as opposed to the stock cross member.

well it is really starting to look like im going to build this motor lol

im getting est hp numbers from people that know their shit to bejust over 200 w/out giggle gas and with to be over 350which is worth spending that kinda money lol

you better tune it before you spray it....it will blow up, ive seen it happen.....coolest shit ever....from my point of view cuz it wasnt my car.

you can put a 150 shot your car and u still wont hit 400
