Look at it this way...at 26, he is not a child. You don't have to keep giving him chances to redeem himself before you put him on time-out. If he wants to, he will. How many chances have you given him anyway? More than you can count, I'd assume.

How can someone possibly love you if they can't even respect you? If he doesn't respect you, he doesn't respect the relationship or "rules."

I completely agree any girl ive ever been friends with except for 1! Ive gotten with evetually just to see even if they were ugly just to know i was able to, its bad its the truth and any of my friends are the same way...if a guys constantly talking to you and you are remotely attractive he is thinking about getting with you no doubt!

Gosh it sounds really bad when I hear it from someone else LOL...I mean I have given him more chances than I can count on both hands, because I "love" him...but I have grown up a lot since he & I first got together..I was 17, and he was 22...and now its like I am coming into my own and want to be independent and not have another "dad" who tells me what to do, who to talk to, etc. and I think he doesn't realize that or he does AND can't handle the fact that I am not just saying "OK" to everything he says...WOW my relationship is f***ed up!

You're right, you have grown up and matured since 17 (when you got into the relationship). That's one of the perks of getting older. Second thing you'll learn is to put your plans into action and to stand your ground.

yes. i have probably 3-4 friends that are girls and i wouldnt get into thier pants even if they wanted me too, and they arent fat/ ugly either, im just not interested :what:

i dont think anyone on here but maybe 2 people have ever seen what Trinh looks like.

But i agree with trinh completely. if you continue to give him chances it just furthers his belief that no matter what he does he'll always have you right there.
