Yeah they are both manifolds. Tubular tend to yield better power results and have a wider variety of styles and designs to chose from which will help you with keeping AC and PS. Only real downside is poorly crafted ones have a tendency to crack at welding points Log style are cheaper...

I'm confused... Headers are used for NA setups, manifolds and down pipes replace them when going turbo... Are you referring to a log style maniold vs. a tubular manifold?
