take out seats, ac, ps,door panels, take out subs(if any) and cut large gaping holes in your hood for maXimum weight loss.

unless youre building a track car or MPG queen, I dont think there is much of a point IMO.

Add moar power!!!!

Replace your factory exhaust, from the header to the tip with aftermarket parts. You'll shave weight and get moar hp from a solid combo.

Remove your spare, if you get a flat, call aaa

Get lighter wheels, huge weight savings can be had at this avenue

Aftermarket suspension can usually shave some weight and add performance.

Half sized radiator, not only is it jdm as f***!! But it will contain less fluid, and be smaller in overall size.

Remove all those girl things like ps, a/c, abs, that alone is going to free up power and shave a lot of weight.

Now everything I've suggested so far will be an upgrade while also shaving weight. But I fancy myself as an asshole, so now for troll suggestions.....

Trade me titles, I have an rs, with a b17, s300, stage1 s2 tuner cams, intake, full header to tip aftermarket exhaust, everything is brand name, no junk in my garage. Car weighs in at 2400lbs flat with a full tank and no passenger. Engine has 11k on the rebuild.

Sell me your car for $20, and buy a civic.

Go to the gym and shave a few pounds.....fatass

Gut interior, install a racing seat, harness, and roll bar. Install a tach (jdm points too), and use wind speed to judge mph

Strip all body parts off

Cut top off car, legit jdm convertible

More to come.....

Lol I'm 180, beer gut, I need to lose about 10-20 before race season next year. But in all seriousness, the first set of suggestions should really help

Help for what? Like Tyler mentioned, unless you're aiming for those decimal points in the MPG's or are building a track queen, well it's obviously going to be useless to shed all those miniscule pounds.

All those guys that gut their cars, ARE FOOLS. I ran gutted for awhile while waiting for my sound insulation on order.. I hated it and I gained no performance at all. No, you won't be noticeably faster. It is such an insignificant gain it's not even worth it in my opinion. No amount of weight shaving will make an Integra fast, so just build the motor and turbo it and get it over with. :)

I think the number I read was that for every 100 pounds you shed, you gain like a tenth of a second in the quarter mile. That's not even worth it to me, I'd rather keep my air conditioning, sound deadening, power steering and random interior parts. My turbo can make up plenty for any weight in my car.

No no no, you don't need to explain- I can understand that you want to shave weight. I bet the motor being N/A probably bogs trying to move the stock weight of the car.. but gutting your interior just won't help it.

Interestingly, one of my neighbors down the street has a white 240sx. Coming down the street tonight after work, I thought the rear window of his car frosted over, it seemed kinda colder than usual. Getting closer, he was doing the 240 pickup conversion.

Nope'd.

Yeah I just built the stock motor. Nd I built it high compression so no turbo!

Depends what you consider high compression.. I'm boosting 10:1 in 2012.. I'm sure others have gone higher. It's all about having a good tune!

Okayy but How many lbs of boost are you going to be able to put on that? Like less than 10?
PSI means nothing without the size of the turbo being known.

Going for 600hp on E85.

Edit:
Ah, and 10psi would make more of a difference then you would think. On my 57 trim on 10psi it's what, a hundred horsepower gain over stock?
