I don't think you're in any postion to call anyone a kid. Anyway, if that happened to me, which it won't, I routinely maintenance my vehicles to prevent shit like this, I wouldn't come on the internet and expect condolences and sympathy from anyone. Only person to blame is him.

My buddy had his ball joint snap on the highway....right into the wall!
You can fix that up easy bro...just get all those same parts used in the front end cheap....
replace the nose and fenders,axles,ball joints and tie rods, a used stock suspension and youre back on the road.
GL bro...it just seems to be a huge fix...but its not bad at all.

That happened to me once already snap ma lower ball joint ... fortunately I was going like 5mph nd didn't mes up non ... if I had spacers or wide wheels probably done sum fender damage for sure

You need to put it in the air and look at the damage underneath. Maybe you can warranty the axles if they are new enough? Did the top of the strut towers under the hood bend the frame it sits on at all? Hope you come to a decision that makes you happy.

Actually, maning up and just paying WOULD be a direction to go in. And yes, yes i would shrug it off. s*** happens, you just gotta learn that it will always be that way.

I see the options as this:
1- Sit and b**** about how s***ty it is and buy a new car instead of fixing it.
2- Man up and fix it and be able to say "Yeah, I did that."
