Should I buy this Turbo

It's really up to you man, I've actually heard of pretty good ebay turbo set-ups  I'm guessing it's because those were tuned.
Ebay turbo manifolds tend to crack. Buy the kit, use a different manifold and get a tune. You should be fine then.

This kit wont happen for a while still because my car is starting to burn oil but I'm gonna have it re-done by a friends friend, but i was told i could reuse my old pistons just hone the cylinders with new rings but should i just upgrade them while I'm in there? :???:

Turbo is junk, manifold is junk, bov is junk, wastegate is junk, intercooler is junk, yea it's all junk. Definitely not worth the money.

^^^ agreed. Just buy a nice used setup. even a greddy setup will be a 1000000 times better than any china kit

I've done my fair share of researching eBay turbos. I think with a decent tune and no more than 10psi, you'll be a-ok. People tend to blow things up when they constantly beat on the car running 15psi with an eBay turbo set up. I had one on my 92 accord wayyyy back when and it lasted me a year WITHOUT a professional tune. I ran 8psi and fabbed my own mani.

eBay set ups are fine, you just can't expect much out of them. That's coming from a person who had an eBay set up like that running just fine on an accord for a year.

Aussie is right..
This kit is just another piece of 'money-hunter'.

Maybe the bov or the intercooler in this kit will work on a good turbo setup, however, the manifold and the turbo will probably crack shortly.

ebay has become a junkyard in the last 10 years, thanx to china..

an effective turbo system with a good ecu and programming will not cost less than 3000-4000 bucks in any part of the world.

Ebay turbo kits aren't too bad. My friend has one on his da9 and it was actually very good. With the kit, he ran 14.4 1/4 mile untuned and 13.8 1/4 mile tuned. He's boosting at 9 psi. It's still in his car and he had it for 2 years without a problem yet. I was actually giggling to myself when he mentioned that it was an EBAY turbo kit... (Even as I write this, I'm still laughing about it) Such a cheap turbo set up can actually produced some hp and torque. If you wanna go cheap and produce some hp, you can go Ebay turbo kits. But have it installed PROFESSIONALLY.

I feel you. SRT-4's are quick little cars. Installing a turbo kit will even up the match and dust them. Before I bought my da9, I had a BPU MK3 supra turbo. I went against my cocky SRT-4 co-worker at work and dusted his ass on my 3rd gear. We were going about 50 mph. He wanted another rematch but from a start, not from a roll. I agreed. We both launched. He took a half car length on my 1st, but once I engaged 2nd, left him with a disorientated face to shut him up. He stop talking about beating supra turbos, but still bragged on about beating civics and gsr's.
