Should I buy this Turbo

The turbo will be great until the impellers explode apart and come flying through your piping into your cylinder head.

I also think it's stupid to just buy it for the piping. You can buy a very decent quality GodSpeed intercooler and piping setup for pretty cheap.

I wasn't sayin it would be a power beast, but it'd be over 200whp which would be a fun daily driver. There's several TTs making over 400whp on stock turbos.

There are plenty of TT's that can make 400hp on stock turbos. But that is using two turbos running at the absolute limit of their capacity on a 3.0L V dangerously close to surging. There is no point in fight with all that crap when you could just get a properly sized turbo from the start for around the same price and be done with it.

Think about how tiny and undersized the Garrett T25 turbo that came stock on the 95-99 Eclipse is. You wouldn't want to stick that on anything but a weedeater maybe. The factory Z32 turbos are even smaller. If you were actually in the market do something of this nature, your best bet would probably be to get a MHI 14G off a 1G DSM or maybe a T28 off a S14+ Silvia.

Haha this may seem stupid but what dose a waste gate even do? XD also is this turbo runs off intake how come i normally see it mounted in the front?

turbo runs off your exhaust gas, not intake. Wastegate basically controls the amount of pressure in the system.
