good way to lose weight and boost cardio is sprints. set up little courses or just do simple ladders and emphasize the explosion of taking off after changing direction.

plyometrics is also a great way to get yourself into shape.

just thought id give my 2 cents to help you guys

I prefer running too but I have a knee problem so I have to use the lame elliptical at the gym till I loose enough weight to make my knee better lol. I can't wait till I can hit up the streets tho it will be a lot easier and cheaper haha

i added swimming to my cardio routine, but now i cant do sit-ups for a couple of days. a friend decided to spear my while i was in the water with my back turned away from the shore. my lower back is killing me. i cut down on basketball which something i hate because i have a passion for it. i can almost bench my weight. :thumbup:

^sorry bout your back! i ran a mile and a half last night on the tread mill it was nice but then my cousins were complaining about the noise so i had to get off

Ohh can I be part of this? LOL i'm in the desert and have nothing else to do so I work out 6 times a week. No thats not a typo. I work one muscle every day.

Whats everyone take for supplements?

Protein 4 times a day
N.O. Xplode before work out
Celltech after work out.
