I like the new goodies.

new goodies installed :thumbup:

so both the rear control carms came in the other day... and wow... they are so beautiful. the function7s i think are half the weight of the OEM ones. the quality on them is fucking EXCELLENT! from the machine work to the bushings... everything is smooth :thumbup: install was a breeze... total like 1 hour more or less. and if oyu know me... i whore it out with pics

here some shots of the Function7 LCAs compared to the OEM ones. the F7s are WAY more beefy. and if i remember right... LIFETIME WARRANTY. everything was a pretty fit. tight and smooth

then the rear upper control arms, the Skunk2s and the OEM. the oem seems to be very flimsy and thin, but that shouldn't matter from its function. the Skunk2s however are more adjustable... not only from its length but also the bushings.

after all the work is done with... is looks sooo purdy 8)

and the remaining work that is still at hand... lol. still gotta yank out the C1 and do a minor tuck along with relocating a couple things in the engine bay.

while i was doing the install for the skunk2s... i noticed i could also do something about the bushings for the trailing arm. did a little looking... found some pretty nice spherical bushing kits made by Blox. supirsed its blox thats the brand that makes them... i could be wrong but did they copy these from any other company? if not then i guess i could settle for blox products

so with the suspension aspect... i think im 60% there.

I saw those Blox pieces too. I was probably going to just get Energy suspension bushings for the trailling arm. Is there a benefit to have the spherical?

I'm assuming less slack and almost zero lateral movement with the spherical. I believe PW:JDM also makes them.

But anyways it's lookin' hot:thumbs up

lol, we didn't get that game over here. anyways all I saw was the Skins pretty much dominate the game, and then fall apart during the 4th as they've been doing all season long. Either way Ravens RULE!!

the 4dr itr muffler didn't come in that condition. more to that story later on pics of before and after too. not done with this muffler... plan to reploish the tip and spray flat black on the rest of the muffler.

if you guys are ebayers... BUY SHIPPING INSURANCE FOR LARGE ITEMS ON EBAY!!!

i found out the hard way the other day when i had my 4dr itr muffler shipped to my house, via USPS. figured that the cost was of shipping was $65, the shipper would take some consideration into shipping his items, like use a box or something. but it wasn't! :thumbdown only packaging that was provided was bubble wrap, fucking wrapped around the muffler and shipped out. what... the.. fuck.?!?!?

when it arrived i was pretty damn happy, but realizing how it was shipped.... immediately unwrapped the tip to see this...

in the back of my mind i was kinda expecting this the second i saw it.


but with a little elbow grease, and the use of hammer, pliers with the teeth wrapped with tape. and bingo, back to its new "used" condition... lol. its not 100% perfect, it still bothers me a tad bit but no so much no more. with it placed underneath the car, you wont be able to tell that much.

once, i have extra time to play around, ill add the finishing touches to it.
