Going to check the fuse under the dash make sure it's good plus upgrade it to 15A or 20A.

as i study this picture everything looks correct but the one circled in red witch should be 12v direct to the battery.

^ Pic don't work but that little fuse box had a red cord that I thought was a ground but I plugged it up to the battery, and it came right on.

Ok. Something's a little weird.

I hooked up both sides. I turn it on, looks ok. I turn it off, then turn it back on the right bulb clicks and doesn't come on. Not sure what's up with it.

Happend to me with my first set of HIDs. I just disconnected everything, then reconnected everything back.

i got it...your "ground" that goes to your relay should be going to 12 volts...because your ballast as of right now doesn't have power.

your relay is a pretty shitty one...i know because i had to replaced one just like it.
but if it clicks it may still be OK.

You should be measuring 12 on that line right up to the ballast.
