The problem is not my techniqe im sure of that. Its that somewhere between the clutch pedal and the tires some part is not doing its job correctly. I can drive the hell out of a stock ls or any newer standard transmission car. But mine is suckin. The shifts arent smooth at all and tough to get into gear without grinding. They will go without grinding but its tough.

In Most cases you don't wanna heat up your street tires. you actually end up with less grip. also did you lower your tire pressure at all? that might help your launch. Oh and order a Full-Race Traction Bar. it'll definately help your launch. other than that the only other thing i can think of would be to flush n fill your tranny. might help w/ smoother shifts

OK so Ive got an update on the lack of power my car has. I took it to The local Honda dyno guru an hour north of here and got some answers.

On the tune I got from another "reputable" shop in my area the car was only making 135hp. If your wondering about my set up look in the previous posts and youll be shocked to hear how bad the power is. So it was the poor tune I got originally. The map on the dyno was all over the place. When I left late last night it was still being tuned after the first adjujstment it was at 157 hp. The tuner was thinking he would be able to get 170 hp out of it. Ill be very happy at 170 since its basically a stock set up at 10.4 compression just with hella good internals. So ill find out tonight what he was able to extract from the motor and what it made on the 100 shot of Nitrous.

I used to run a 75 wet shot on my LS. It was very nice. Just couldnt afford $40 a week on refills. LOL, I was gas happy on the happy gas.

ok heres te verdict. 255hp on the 100 shot that the car is built to handle with 215 ft lbs tourqe. 163hp on motor. I am very happy with the results. The tuner said the car has a ton more potential with more no2. I get about 15 runs on a 100 shot.

Nahh I never race the car on the street ever. Im so scared ill loose all that ive worked so hard for its judt not worth it. I used to get asked all the time to street race but not any more. Ill get them to come to the track and we will see whos fastest. UNless theres a large sum of money involved then I might sway a little. $500 and up is what its worth to me.

My motor is fully built to handle alot bigger shot than a 100 shot so Im safe as a stock motor on a 50 shot. Depending on my clutch and traction im sure im gonna bump up to a second stage adding up to a 150 shot

No I live in FL which doesnt play at all when it comes to street racing.
