That DC header sounds really nice sadly I don't have that type of money right now. The one that I bought is actually larger than the stock one I checked. If I can get a new gasket for the split I will have a decent header nothing amazing but good enough for now.

Not much to report haven't had any money or time to really put into the car but in the meantime I'm trying to decide what to do next as there is quite a bit that could be addressed.

List of bits:
-replace bushing throughout car (polyuerathane)
-camber kit for front suspension
-get new lower control arms (passwordjdm)
-new exhaust (Apexi N1)
-replace brakes, rotors, lines, and fluid (russells, brembo, porterfield, and motul fluid)
-fix front end damage
-replace gauge lights (leds)
-Finish interior (black panels, rear seats)

I'm sure there is still more that I haven't thought of but it will come to me I'm sure.

I'd replace UCA Camber Kit for Extended Ball Joints instead, same price basically but more positive results. :thumbs up

^ I don't think they make extended ball joints for our cars sadly. If they do then point me in that direction!

Looks like you have a good plan! Get it ready and run for Ride of the Year in the 2nd gen category :D

I have noticed a few things with the car some of which are obvious while others are a little more discrete. First off the idle has started to become more erradict jumping from 1k-2k while other times it's fine. I adjusted the clutch cable while looking at this since I had been meaning to for a bit, and oddly enough it seemed to bugger off. I did come back though. So I checked the IAC this morning and decided that it wouldn't hurt to do a proper cleaning of it and the FITV, and one other bit I can't think of at the moment. I've also noticed that the head and oil pan have some residue around them and for the life of me can't rightly remember if they were like that previously. But I will clean them and see what comes of it.

Secondly I have decided to take the Greddy exhaust to my friends fabrication shoppe (Pro-Design located in Santa Ana, CA) to see what he could do with it. I still don't have a new gasket for the header I purchased so I still have the stock one installed.

My landlord is painting the exterior of my flat so I won't be home for most of the week (borrowing the guest room at my mum's) it bloody cold here! I'm also going to see my doctor later this evening I injured my wrist early this year and it has been a real bother recently. I hope it isn't anything to serious but I'll find out tonight. Well, that is all I can really think of at the moment.

Oh! I have decided to run for 2nd gen of the year so I will be cleaning up a few things once I'm able too then posting in the running for it.

Have you checked the line that runs from your vc to im? Sounds stupid but I broke the piece that went to the vc and when the car was running it would be fine at first then would jump between 1k to 2k on rpms, maybe your is a bit damaged?

Hope your friend can figure out what to do with it
The temperature has been dropping lately
Hope the wrist is alright and just a little sprain if anything.

Yes I made a new signature the old was bullocks. My wrist is sprained so I'm stuck in a brace for at least a month so no heavy lifting and no changing parts on the car for now. Doctor prescribed motrin to aleviate some of the swelling.

I had the same erratic rpm fluctuation in my 98 s-10... Never figured it out... Tried everything. Talked to the kid that bought it and turned out it was a lower intake mani gasket and coolant was getting into the cylinders... I hope that has nothing to do with your issue.

Sorry I haven't been on but my computer died. So I don't have a way to update my progress for a while but I will do my best.

So looking into it I had a friend inspect my computer and yes my computer is truly dead. I can hopefully remove most of the information on it, but I don't rightly know. My Da is doing ok the idle issue is still happening but for some reason it only does it randomly? It also still leaks but I have discovered that it floods out the lower portion of my tail light. Money has been extra tight due to the recent holiday. I do hope to have updates that matter soon, until next time I'm going to bugger off. Merry Christmas to all!
