I like guns, next idea would be a pipe bomb hooked to the gas tank with a cell phone (hard wired, some cheap cells will last a week with no charge) so some one steals your car you just call the cell phone number and BOOOOMMMMM Same shit they use against us in IRAQ might as well just blow some of the dumbasses in this country up maybe people would learn something. Or you can find out who stole your car, find his family, Kick in there door drag them into the streets crying and put a bullet between there eyes... The Iraqi police and Iraqi army use to do that to people whos familys were terriost... I say its a good idea people, would get the hint really damn quick..

Security: NRG-Momo Quick Release, 2 way alarm, Kill switch behind the ashtray (who would think to pull out the ashtray?), 2 different types of wheel locks.

... If you are REALLY worried that this will happen to you, Stop modding your car and buy something that was factory made to be hard to steal.

But since were on the topic of making it harder, I'm sure they spent about a minute or so getting the DB1 to go... The clutch lock is useful but not full proof, I know a few people who had their car stolen with one on, They just bent the hell out of it and there is a tool to break it in half out there. My best bet, Full coverage insurance... They'll take the car but you won't be assed out.

BTW, Those door speaker panels were ONE of a kind. If you see them around let me know the license plate number.

Sorry to see that, I wish I could load the pics onto here of my del sol I had stolen about a year ago. I had a ton of money into it and loved that thing, and bam, one morning it is gone. Really, these cars are so easy to steal that if you don't have your car garaged or stored you are living dangerously. I know people who do that and have alarms and all kinds of stuff and are still paranoid, and I doubt its just the area I live in, though it is really bad here for Hondas.

I live in an city where, unfortunately, stealing Hondas is a second industry for a lot of people.

Here are SOME of the security measures I take:

3 pedal locks--2 on the clutch pedal and 1 on the brake pedal (and theyre not all the "Autolock" brand).

Fuel cut-off switch ...hid so well that I can't even find it sometimes lol

Wheel boot locks that cover the lug nuts. I have a rare one, not that yellow one that everyone buys off ebay.

Very good alarm system with stealth install (includes backup battery in the hatch).

There are 2 other things I do too but they are very uncommon (havent heard of other people doing them) and I dont want to say publicly on the forum what they are.

take off all 4 wheels before you call it a night and put it on bricks so you dont mess up your hubs.

That makes me sick. Fucking scumbags. They'll eventually get what's coming to them. How long did it take to find the shell? Been thinking about getting one of those alarm systems that have GPS tracking on them, but they'd probably know and disable it anyways. Fuuuu....

It took 2 days to find it, The DB was always garaged... Just taken to the mall one day (in pleasanton [low crime rate]) where it was stolen.

I knew it was just a matter of time as it had been attempted before.
