Went to check up on my exhaust order today... still not in :\ and a guy with a base model civic sedan (like an 06 or newer) was getting an SI wing put on. He turned around and asked "Is that yours?" pointing to my car. I was like "yea" then the convo went like this:
Him "Oh nice. Is it just a stock LS or is it built?"
me: "It's actually GS-R not a LS. So far I've got a AEM V2 intake, and Skunk 2 coilovers. I'm waiting on my cat-back to come in from Apex-i"
Him: "Oh what engine?"
me: "B18C1"
Him: "Oh... vtec?"
me: "yea... that's what a GS-R came with..."
Him: "Oh..."
*I realize that he's probably just new to the scene or has a family and just wants something a lil sporty looking.. his car was automatic and had some kind of tenzo rims :shock:

i went to meet one time and heard a guy arguing about how his vtec was faster than the average vtec XD funny thing was it was a sock b18b jst had a vtec sticker on the side skirt hahaahhahaha

There are four Generations of TL, which are you referring to? In places where the Acura Moniker didn't exist, it was called either the Honda Inspire or the Honda Saber, for at least the first three gens.Then name the Honda variation of the TL?

I should have clarified, name the Honda variation of the TL that someone actually gives a fuck about. i guess that proves the point though. If there is no current generation Honda equivelant then it seems that Acura is indeed becoing it's own brand.

At school I parked next to an integra and he actually caught me leaving after class and had a talk with me.
He was complimenting how he liked and my car and he went on and on about how much his car pools. and i was like cool, what do you have under the hood? He says he has the vtec engine... (he called it the vtec engine LOL.) Then I realized his car had the SE badge and I was like wait, dont you have the special edition integra? and he said the special edition was another badge for the gs-r. and i was like noooo. then i showed him my gsr badge. then he went on complaining about how he got ripped off and he thought he bought a gsr. haha.
