would my motor blow if i turbo a motor that has about 246+k original mileage on it? btw its an LS

You should preform a compression or/and a leakdown test to see how strong your engine is. I really wouldn't, it is a lot of miles and it's likely your bearings are all worn out.

Maybe a rebuild first?
