@Pinkley, he's rocking a Civic. I think they have different placement. On the Accord I have it's right where the Integra's power steering is. I wonder if it's that easy on a Civic?

Also, you don't have to unbolt your master cylinder in the Integra. Jack up the car and unbolt the three bolts holding the axle to the engine, you can then wiggle the alternator past the axle without removing anything except those three bolts. Good tip for the future.

Well I was going to do it that way but the jack I had at the time wasn't very trust worthy and I didn't have jack stands. The jack I had was about 30 years old and slowly looses compression. I won't have that problem next time tho! Lol recently bought a new one with jack stands. The master cylinder trick was an idea of my father-in-law. Only took about half an hour or so to pull the bad alternator out and put the new one in.

On a civic the alternator is under a bunch of things. It's hard to reach.

I hate when people don't use their turn signals.
When people driving in front of you can't hold a constant speed so you have to speed up or slow down.
When people can't hold their lane on a curve.
If someone pulls out in front of you and you have to slow down.

^^ I never hate on a stock car. I typically hate on cars that are modified by the d-bag owner, lol.

I'm somewhat annoyed I STILL CAN'T FIND A FENDER.

My school not giving me any money. Now I don't know if I'll be able to pay for all my class next semester and they wont even give me a loan.

I get approved for grants and loans on FASFA, then a couple of weeks later the school takes it away for some BS reason.

They have to tell you why they take it away. Have they (your college) been trying to contact you regarding any missing paperwork? Like verification worksheets or statement of income? Students are randomly selected for verification, which may be what happened to you. At public colleges you usually get a letter in the mail about it or an email. Although it's taken away, if you submit any missing or required paperwork your funding can be recovered. It'll just take a while to receive it. Talk with a financial aid counselor, they have access to all your FAFSA information and can help you identify what you are missing or need to complete.

I was selected for verification, went through that process. It came back. I was accepted for loans, my EFC went up a little after the verification but not by much. Then on my student page at the school's website, They gave me the money and the loan. and said that I had to sign a promissory note since is was my first loan. I went online and did that. I never got the money so I went to talk to the adviser to see why I did not get the money YET; that's when they told me that they took it away.

I was at a University and transferred to a state college. Even though my total family income on my fasfa has decreased since the last one I filed while I attended the university, they say my family makes too much money. The university I was at cost more money to attend than the State college that I am at now. That is the reason that they told me.

The thing that makes me mad, is that if I was not going to get it, why make me go through with the whole process. When I log on my page it says that I got it, then two weeks later they take it away. If I wasn't gonna get the money, then don't put it in my online account.

The first time I talked to an adviser, all she said is that I am not going to get any money this semester because I am only taking one class worth four credits. and you have to be in at least six credits to get money. She said that my money would come in next semester after I sign the loan note online. I did that, plus something came in the mail from the school about my loan that I was suppose to fill out and mail back, which I did, then the next time I look on my file they removed the loan reward.

They didn't contact me in anyway. I had to go up there again, that's when they tell me that I make too much money. Why mail me all the stuff and make me go through everything if I'm not approved. This long process has been going on since July. I've been in one class the whole semester, they knew this and did not tell me and kept approving me and sending me stuff then when I'm done with everything they take it away. The reason I'm in one class is because it cost $500 and I had to pay out of pocket and they did not tell me this until the last second so I did not have any money.

Hopefully I find somewhere from an outside source to get money, like a bank or something. And hopefully my income tax can help me pay off the loan quickly.
