Update! ***

So I installed my new Autometer Oil Pressure sending unit for my Electrical oil pressure gauge only to find out that it's faulty. -_-

It was like it was hooked up reversed polarity of some sort because I had close to 100 psi at idle and as I gas it; it goes down in oil pressure..

I didn't do changes to the wiring and it was working fine with my old sending unit.

Checked the ohms on the sending unit and found that it only had about 30ohms whereas it should have been around 230-270 ohms. according to this thread that I found http://honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=1210959

Unfortunately I bought the new sending unit from a private seller off of ebay with no returns a couple months ago but just never got around to installing it.


I will be ordering a new one soon.

Heyy... I've been pretty productive lately .. Haha being on winter break helps alot, just sucks that its so damn cold to get started.

hey i'm looking to do an LED/SMD inteior light and license plate light conversion. where did you get your bulbs at? don't want to spend like $50 on some god damn bulbs like i did for the BMW

I got mines off of ebay and www.vled.com

The license plate light is a SMD strip that I cut / spliced into the license plate light wire with a in line fuse as well.

The interior ones is just plug an play.

You should check your local auto parts stores and what not. I know there's a lot of local shops that are selling them now.

Update! 2/27/13****


So I finally got a new oil pressure sending unit and installed it. Voila! My oil pressure is okay and normal. I get a peak oil pressure of about 90-92 ish psi. I'm very happy, it is such a relief.

Now the road to vtec and boost this s*** again begins!!! :)
