Well, thats what you get from a Piece of Shit Harbor Freight MIG welder. And besides; really,who gives a shit lol, it's not something that needed to made look nice or else my bro would've welded it @ his work.

Lol, yeah..... We'll have to redrill a new bracket hole for the radiator stay. Ran out of time last night

edited and added more pics to ^^^ Post

So far the new aluminum radiator is treating the DC4 pretty good. According to the gauge it doesn't seem to run much cooler, but I hear the gauge is ridiculously inaccurate.

Hey thanks a lot man. That means a lot. It really has come a long way with only little subtle (except for the turbo) modifications.

Speaking of which, for some reason my brother want's to take the turbo off and go n/a :crazy:

UPDATE on the DC4! Yay! At first, I just tempted you guys with that one picture, but here's everything installed.

And my bro bought some foglights and we mounted & wired them late last night.

At first I thought they were going to be hideous, but function over fashion I guess... But they actually turned out pretty nicely with a little trimming of the mount to fit it better. Enjoy.







Also just dicking around made a custom BOV insert. Makes it so much quieter...


And my bro claims that with the full 2.5" downpipe, test-pipe, & cat-back it's freaking loud, so he welded up a resonator to help contain droning.

We took the front plate off just for the picture, because it looks SO much better.... Gotta re-think new place for the offset plateness..

Yeah i'm not sure. My brother ordered them, I never saw the ad. However I did find out that the emblem thingy didn't come on it, so it didn't end up crooked on the cap, or something like that IDK. :roll:

Yeah, the fogs came out pretty nice. Me too. I've been getting hours at my job now (good thing) but it's all been on Friday's and Saturdays (bad thing) so I don't have time to work on our cars anymore Lol....

UPDATE:

We took some time to Port that Shitty eBay turbo manifold several days ago, i'm finally uplaoding the pictures now lol.....






We also finally attached the Time Attack aluminum front lip; just like the one on my Jetta too. I think it's kinda cool.

This picture had Potential, but the incorrect lighting REALLY F*cked it up....


We went to Home Depot, bought some high-temp paint, so we can re-paint the turbo manifold and wastegate (haven't done that yet) and we also picked up a can on what looks like "Spoon blue" color paint :lol: and went to town all ricer-bling style!!!



Next up to match the other fake "Spoon blue" stuff is the Spoon resevoir covers... :lol:
