Sick! I posted on that nw cruise thread...we'll have to see if I can make that...
And I don't have to money to get the 98 front end...saving for a full paint job...but of course it would be smarter to get the front end before I paint...hmmm...

Not sure, haven't looked into it that far. My cousin has a scion show car and he has a buddy. He says it will probably run me about 2-3000$, so i figure ill save up and once I get closer I can get some actual quotes.
Got the clear coat finished today, lookin sexy. I did mess up but really tough to spot and if its gonna get repainted someday within the next year, who cares right? Long as it looks like it matches. I'm hella happy with it. Now I just gotta wait a few days and get some rubbing compound on that b**** to make her shine
Oh, and while I was waiting for coats to dry, I used cleaner wax on the whole car, and touched up some of the paint chips on the front bumper with my new paint pen

FINALLY!!!! The fender is painted, rubbing compound on, and put in place Ive been anxiously waiting all week to put it on!

Now, I dont think I put on enough coats of clear coating cause even though I used rubbing compound, it still doesnt shine like the rest of the car as you can see here:
But all in all I think she looks much much MUCH better than she did all dented and starting to rust lol
Oh, and thank you Paintscratch.com for helping me out with matching the paint perfectly. And also for getting it to me so fast with basic shipping Only took like 2 days from when I ordered it.

Wow...been a long time....today I changed the spark plugs and plug cables. NGK all the way lol. So I have a financial stick in the mud that has caused me to pit a huge halt in the project which is why I haven't posted in forever. My hids went to sh*t so when I get paid again I might get new ones depending on how much I get. I'm thinking about getting 10,000k's anyone have pictures of 10,000's on their car? I still haven't been able to see what they look like on our car.

Noticed that I was lower on the drivers side. Compared to the other side its about half an inch lower...so today I jacked it up and took a gander. So I was told when I bought the car that it was on coil overs, however after I looked I don't think these are coil overs. Now mind you Ive never worked on suspension before. It has h&r springs over tokico illumina struts. Here's a pic:
Well everything looked alright far as I could tell. Talked to Dlo and he helped as much as he could over the phone, but its either the springs are just wearing out, or and I hope this isn't it, that my frame is tweaked. It was a rebuilt title when I bought it, but I never noticed this height difference before. The good news is that nothing is broken and my car isn't going to break down and leave me stranded so I'm just gonna leave it for now and figure out what kind of suspension up want to put on it myself.

Update (over due): I was sitting in a backed up traffic line when a van driving in the clear lane to my right lost control and did a 180. Hitting my passenger quarter panel in the process, totaling my teg. This all happened in August, and it took the insurance till November before they finally paid me. I decided to keep my car because my co worker needed reliable transportation and didn't care about performance, or looks. So we worked out a deal that I can get all my suspension parts of the LS when I got a new teg if it needed it.
After much shopping around I finally got another teg about a week ago. My new build thread is here:
