crank ends up to be a ls crank. Garbage people out there. Need just a stock gsr crank. horse crap.
Good thing I ended up not ordering my bearings.

how to identify. since I was not aware of identifying a gsr crank till 10 minutes ago.

from honda-tech:
There are.

There's a small flat plate surface on the journal closest to where the crank pulley is. That marking helps determine which crank it is without going through all the micrometer headache.

B1-B4 = LS or B20 Crank
R= Type R Crank.
6 = B16
7 = GS-R

OK! So thankfully someone local had a gsr crank and needed a ls crank so got a trade for a minty gsr crank tonight.
Thank god, I was nervous thinking I would end up spending more money and buying one on ebay.

I did not realize the weight difference between a ls and gsr crank either. I picked it up and said woah.... I had to look it over, thought it had been modified, LOL
measures out to be stock sized I think. I have not double checked with the fsm standards yet though.
yes, eventually once my engines are built I can finally finish my flooring. LOL

Haha! Damn that rarely happens when u actually are looking for the part u need!
yeah no doubt man, and that is a LS water pump line. it works, but the oil cooler lines are not on the pipe. I can figure out something. But I may do a different oil cooler setup. I don't want the oil filter on the back of the engine it always drips oil on the engine when one changes the oil.
Come to find out only Honda distributes the 81.25 piston rings. I don't see why I couldn't take 81.5 rings and file fit. Thoughts? I have access to a ring filer thing. yes a legit one.

Rod bearings I want are clevite or however you spell that brand. triple layer. But still debating I am hearing and reading that the bearing are grooved which allow more volume for heat dissipation but create a lower oil pressure through the block. and the un-LSV head hole is making me think to weld the hole and run a oil filter relocation sandwhich plate and run a line to the head. I hate that stupid line. another thing to route and tuck. banjo fitting to a hard line. to keep it nice and tight.

I brought the block and head down stairs last night to start the harness re-route. Got a little more work to do till I am confident it will be decent enough to begin the sleeving.
route in the vtec wires, pretty up the wires, add in an extended charge wire, and route the o2 harness to be closer to the firewall area to drop down behind the subframe.
Only a couple plugs need to be changed. and the alternator wires were cut, no big I have a bunch of plugs and pins laying around.
Till I find a deal on a intake manifold, I just sanded down the stock intake and sprayed it with the little bit of engine paint I had left. I wont be using this on the final end so it was just to make it not fugly.
routed the spark plug wires to behind the dizzy.

In the bay I got my s2k cmc in, I took a die and ran it down the studs and piston so no use of an adapter.
Got my s2k qube cluster in for my ap2. So using my original s2k cluster in the integra. out with the old in with the new.

couple pics of progress.

Nice update man. Those wires look like a nightmare to deal with. Its great to see how smoothly it's going though and that valve cover looks straight up sexy.

Damn, thought that housing was the right one considering it was just sitting in the shell. Oh well at least you can make it work. Yea I hate the way Honda has the oil filter housing at. Oil gets over everything when you change the oil. You using the engine harness I gave you? I'm sure your gonna re-sleeve it like you did to mine, just not as ghetto! Haha! It's getting there man! Shits gonna look clean!

Thank you very much
You are absolutley correct, under your dash under the heater core, behind the area of your stereo your srs box sits on a little metal plate thing. remove the spot welds with a 15/64 (one size up from a 1/4" bit) and pull the plate off. there is a square area you drill a 1 1/4" hole through it. and it to route your harness drop your subframe and put wires through.
I was told to keep one of the harness grommets and use it as a sealer protector for the wires and to prevent weather from entering the cabin.

thanks man, not to bad, had a couple beers put on a good show on the tv and just go to town.
long as you dont cut wires and do it all nice and slow its not that bad. I hope I can pull off what I have imagined in my head.

I figured it was a LS one, but all good.
yeah, well I am using actual sleeving, and took mine apart. I came over to your house and everything was together I was like ok well... snip snip, wrap up, move this and that, and roll out.

dont mind the garbage in the paint. I did not post this pic because it made me feel like one may just be like, oh that is garbage....
The crap in the paint can be removed with some time and effort, but the car will be a lot dirtier once its on the road.

another option is how my hatch harness was routed,

the master cylinder and plate I got from a friend, its just a willwood. its a lot larger bodied then the ones you can purchase through chase bays.
I think you can get the willwood master cylinders through jegs.

so I spent the last week or so getting my hatch getting ready for break in, finish up some misc wiring, finish the interior etc.
But I tinkered with the integra last couple days.
Picked up a vis silver carbon fiber lip, got my rings in, didnt assemble the engine because I am debating on some other things.
I know as soon as I get going on it I want it assembled ready to drop in shortly after.
not sure if I mentioned it, harness is not a ls dc one.... still dont know what it is. I put it on the side. I was offered another harness for normal price from a guy. see what happens, another one of the things I am debating of getting more experience with.
set the dash in after the reconnecting the ecu wires again. put my ap2 cluster in to see what it looked like. got to admit it fits a lot better then the civic's ap1.
The wiring for the ac relays I thought I ran out of sleeving. I found it once it got dark outside. I think I am going to move the relays to the pass side fender area behind the headlight and that way only a few wires are strung across to control the pressure switch, compressor, fan, and one other thing I cant remember.
I could also go throught the bottom of the radiator support. I originally had my fan, and headlight wires routed as such in my hatch before going further into the wiring of it.
meh, if I dont like how the vis lip looks I can always sell it in the spring time or paint it with the rest of the car.
for some reason I am having a pain in the ass time uploading to facebook on the computer so just have phone pics

Recieved a roof skin the other day. it fits odd. would not recommend it for one to get a roof skin in the future. Just wanted to get rid of the sunroof. I dont use it, dont like the look of it. The obvious reason- mad tyte jdm weight savingz 4 more vtak bauce status hitting, LOL.
I will have it painted to match the body. not a fan of carbon fiber hoods, roofs, hatch, doors, fenders, etc etc. I am thinking of spraying the lip with a green tinted clear to just be blended with the body. or trade it or sell it who knows.
Still working on the cabin harness, decided to pull it out, remove the srs associated wiring and resleeve.
just lining it up without adhering to the roof

Far away shot, since I know it looks like shit LOL
