rev matching

Wait... What?
true.. however with a stock clutch, stock trans if u change the fluid and shift properly u wont blow the trans..

Now in the RX7 with the stage 3 and the build this and thats yes I rev match
I agree. If the car is used the way it was designed you won't have transmission issues. If you try to race a stock car then you will run into issues. That being said, if you're going to abuse the transmission anyway then you may as well rev match when you do it, I suppose. I don't think the synchros problem is caused by regular driving though. It's caused by people driving their cars in ways they weren't meant to be driven.

Rev-matching will still prolong the life of the synchros whether you change your fluid every two days or harldy ever. Considering that just about every Integra encounters 2nd and/or 3rd synchro issues, it's not a whole needed to justify a rev-match. It's not like it takes extra time out of your day to rev-match. It is simple and effective and becomes a natural quickly. You will be doing and not even thinking about it after a while.
Agreed.

This isn't necessarily true, Honda synchros are weak in general. I've seen worn synchros in cars that were brought in by old ladies.
In both of my Integras, it was too easy for me to beat my 2nd gear synchro.
