I agree. If the car is used the way it was designed you won't have transmission issues. If you try to race a stock car then you will run into issues. That being said, if you're going to abuse the transmission anyway then you may as well rev match when you do it, I suppose. I don't think the synchros problem is caused by regular driving though. It's caused by people driving their cars in ways they weren't meant to be driven.true.. however with a stock clutch, stock trans if u change the fluid and shift properly u wont blow the trans..

Agreed.Rev-matching will still prolong the life of the synchros whether you change your fluid every two days or harldy ever. Considering that just about every Integra encounters 2nd and/or 3rd synchro issues, it's not a whole needed to justify a rev-match. It's not like it takes extra time out of your day to rev-match. It is simple and effective and becomes a natural quickly. You will be doing and not even thinking about it after a while.
This isn't necessarily true, Honda synchros are weak in general. I've seen worn synchros in cars that were brought in by old ladies.I agree.
