Don't knock it till you've tried it, I've gone through 4 different shift knobs and various shifter extenders and always end up with this one.

The weight feels nice and the shifts feel nice and solid, Never miss shift or hit the wrong gear with it.

I plan to get a proper wheel/quick release in the future, It just popped in my head when I found it in my parts stash to throw it in just to get rid of my hideous stock 94-97 wheel, I doubt I could get enough out of this wheel to fund a baller setup like yours

My set up isn't as much as you think. Also, you don't need the quick release right away, you can always buy it later.

It's all good, Like I said, I found it lying around and though"hmm, That might not looks so bad but it belongs in a muscle car..." so I decided to post here.

If I pop my stock wheel off later and one of the 3 install kits I have happens to fit I'll give it a test run and if I like it I'll run it until I pick up a wheel like yours or a Mod.80 or a OMP corsica or something similar, Anything just about beats the stock wheel, I feel like I'm driving a minivan lol

Don't get the Mod.80, get the Mod.08 like me. Its prefect for tall people. Gives more knee room and brings wheel closer.

Nearly the same, Probably about 1/4" smaller, The hub has an extension to bring it out the the same position as stock as well so it won't be mashed up against the dash.
