not starting SOLID CEL help

if your main relay is working and your fuel pump is working the cel will disapear.
+1. When you turn the ignition switch to "run", the CEL should light up, and the fuel pump should run to prime the system, for about three seconds. Then both cut off.

A solid-on CEL indicates an ECU problem. Sometimes that can be remedied by resetting the ECU, but you said you've tried that several times, so the computer's probably failed (likely a capacitor; pretty common in these cars). You might find a used ECU on ebay for less than a hundred bucks; I did, when mine went bad. Just the usual ebay precautions; check feedback, seller rating, whether returns are accepted, etc.

To recap- a solid-on CEL IS AN OBD1 CODE. It's called a "zero code", and means THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ENGINE COMPUTER. Anyone who tells you otherwise is just plain wrong, no matter how much they insist they're right. Good luck with it.

I was 99% sure of that hacksterbaby, but thanks for making it so clear, as I have had some fools try and tell me to check my battery connections. Really my car cranks, and has spark and fuel and you want me to check my battery terminals. DUH!!!, Anyway rebuilt ECU on it's way.
