Just don't turn them more than just a couple degrees in either direction and only do it when you are on a dyno. And be very aware of piston to valve clearances with the extra lift and duration of the cams

Don't put a 70mm TB on your engine! Way too big, man. Keep in mind, a stock ITR TB is 62mm/GSR is 60mm. I wouldn't go bigger than 65mm. 70mm TB's are for forced induction setups.
